During my recent stay at Hard Rock Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of the facilities. The hotel was beautifully maintained, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. The friendly staff added to the pleasant atmosphere, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, just a short distance from the ski slopes and offering a breathtaking view from the spacious balcony in my room. Furthermore, being a pet-friendly hotel, I was delighted to receive a towel for my furry friend. my experience at Hard Rock Hotel was convenient, enjoyable, and a great value for the price.

The staff was friendly and responded well to every request.
The basic rooms were expensive even for Davos. Other lower category hotelsin town (were I stayed before) seemed to offer the same (or even better, if we talk about breakfast) for a more reasonable price. In the end it was a good stay thanks for the staff friendliness

the place was fairly clean with a superfriendly staff in the reception and for the manager. the hotel had a magnificent location a few steps away from davos-schatzalp gondola. it was also short walk to davos for a snowboarding weekend. the breakfast was delicious, the check in was friendly. the spa centre was a nice surprise.

Second time staying at this hotel and the experience was superb. The Rock Spa was amazing as always, and the Synchronicity massage left us feeling great. Our 4-year-old daughter loved swimming in the Rock Spa, and we appreciated that the hotel is very dog-friendly. They provided treats, a water bowl, and a bed for our husky. The free bus pass to Parsenn for skiing was convenient, with only a few stops. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The view of the mountain range was breathtaking. a fantastic experience and we will definitely be back.
Didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊

The value for money at the hotel was great, and the room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped. The location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the railway station, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety of sweet pastries and fruit.

I think the best of the hotel was the location (although not awsome)
No fridge, very old TV that you cannot even see from bed, hospital feeling, no lockers for Skis, old furniture, etc

Great location, central and close to restaurants and shops. Comfortable room with a nice balcony and adequate storage space. Breakfast buffet is delicious and of good quality. Friendly and helpful staff. Good spa facilities and services. Received a room upgrade. Enjoyed the Wagu burger dinner and the bartender was fantastic. Happy with the late check-out option.
Couldn't fault.

The central location of this hotel is excellent, the breakfast buffet is great.
First of all, we did not have the impression Alexander really is a hotel. It rather looks like a hospital that would like to be a three star hotel and still has a long way to go (the place actually used to be a clinic until recently). For instance, the rooms are furnished cheaply, the so called spa area is only accessible through a very very long, maze-like hallway and again it feels more like being in a hospital rather than being a relaxing experience. The room rate might be decent considering the fact we were there at peak season in early January and that probably all the other Hotels in central Davos are overpriced, too. However, we still felt that the CHF220 we paid for the night was kind of expensive for what we got.

Thank you for a good stay - can't wait to come back. The hotel is fairly clean and beautifully decorated, offers particularly good location to the slope. Amazing dishes can be found in the pizza restaurant.
